Kured was founded by Melissa Lucas and acts as a key part of the Intervl Group. The group share a vision in sustainability, protecting and supporting our NHS and wider global healthcare service and how a healthy society feeds into safeguarding our planet.
We aim to connect exceptional talent with innovative companies within the Digital Health space. By sourcing the right candidates for the job, we aim to drive the crucial progress that will impact our health, way of life and
ensure accessible health services to anyone and everyone ultimately giving people more power and ownership of their own health.
We also act as a consultancy in ensuring our clients are in the best position to recruit in demand skillsets and candidates and can work with organisations on company culture, employee value proposition, brand awareness, talent pipelining and HR procedures.
